SB 1059: school property; community use; liability
The owners of outdoor school grounds that are open to recreational users during noninstructional hours are not liable to the users except on a showing of wilful, malicious or grossly negligent conduct that was a direct cause of injury to the user.

HB 2383: university enrollment requirements; immunizations
The AZ Board of Regents and community college districts cannot require immunizations as a condition of admission or enrollment in a university or community college.

HB2472 AHCCCS, cancer screening
For the purpose of breast and cervical cancer treatment under AHCCCS, the requirements a person must meet in order to be eligible are modified so that the breast and cervical cancer screening was done by a provider recognized by the AZ well woman health c

SB 1061: national school lunch program; optional
Elementary schools, middle schools and junior high schools are allowed, rather than required, to participate in the national school lunch program. High schools are also authorized to participate in the program.
